We're a team of Stanford and Berkeley alumni and grad students working to build apps to help us better manage digital information. We've got a cool office in the Berkeley Entrepreneurship Lab just off the UC Berkeley campus at College and Bancroft. Come by to talk to us about opportunities or just to chat. Sr. Rails Developer
Like many these days, we're looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to work through complex development issues involving authentication, novel sharing techniques, content management, collaborative multimedia packages, social media integration, and more. There are no set requirements stating you must have n years of experience or be this tall to ride the ride, although management or team lead experience is a plus... if you want to take on this challenge then let's talk.

Rails Developer
Similar in many ways to the Sr. Rails Developer role, but may not have quite the experience or Rails know-how to lead development efforts on your own just yet. This position would be focused on integration of Heroku add-ons and Ruby gems, building out features and functionality, daily maintenance, and working with the front end and UI/UX team to make sure integration is smooth. If you're new to Rails, this could be a role to hone your skills as you work with and learn from a terrific team.

Front End Developer
We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a serious presentation layer challenge. You, an expert in JS, HTML, and CSS (chomping at the bit to use WebGL, canvas, and other fun, new markup) will work with our UI/UX development & design team to create a simple, immersive experience for Capsul8. We have projects around content creation, media consumption, and displaying/search/filter with a vast media collection.

New Media Development Intern
We're looking for talented students interested in journalism and editorial work to join the team and help build our content. You'll have the freedom to research and capture topics and stories interesting to you while at the same time getting to use our cutting edge app and new features ahead of public release. We're looking for students who would like to spend 10-20 hours per week outside of class getting their hands dirty with some real-world, startup experience.
Being the bootstrapped company that we are, this position will rely on experiential learning compensation (read: not paid). However, do our best to make the experience as rewarding as possible. We bring in influential speakers, industry professionals, and visit some of the best-known startups in the Bay Area to give you exposure. We anticipate that this position will have opportunities for full time hire at the end of the program and for next year, if interested. Digital Media Biz Dev Intern
We need an MBA candidate ready to get their hands dirty with Biz Dev and Marketing. A software engineering background is a plus, but not a requirement. This is an internship, but make no mistake that you will help shape the future of Plover Tech. This is an opportunity to hone your skills in a real-world, fast-paced, cliche-ridden environment.
